When he decided to end his brief set, the audience would not have it and chants of “Beres, Beres echoed throughout the building. When MC Tommy Cowan decided to continue with the show, the chants got louder as they demanded an encore, which left the organiser with no choice except to invite the Rockaway singer back to the stage.

Reggae legend Beres Hammond is officially in the lineup of the star-studded Caribbean Love Now Jamathon set for Nov. 22 in Kingston, Jamaica. The artist will be joining more than 30 other reggae, dancehall, and soca performers for the benefit concert. With his inclusion to the show, organizers say his popularity will help garner more attention for the show and their mission, said the organizer of the event Joe Bogdanovich.
